Levin Tire and Service Center Reviews

This occurred spring 2016. I (female) and a male friend went in for a noise that was coming from my engine.

It occurred when I would accelerate. Not only would this mechanic barely acknowledge me (It's MY car) when I tried to explain what was wrong, he would nod while staring at my chest. He tried explaining the possible issue to my male (& clueless) friend- and was informed repeatedly that this was my car, not my friend's. The mechanic looked at me and at my friend and said 'She's a woman.

She's not going to understand this. Complain if you want, I'm the best mechanic here. They won't do anything to me.' We just turned around and walked out. We don't remember the mechanic's name, only that he was an older white male, had hair that was dark and very short (like he shaved it with a razor), glasses.

We will never use Levin anywhere ever again. No, we didn't speak to management.. What's the point? He was talking inappropriately to another employee with customers near enough to hear it.

No one cared there.

Nothing will get done. Don't go there.

I needed a tire rotation & oil change. Called Levin Tire and was quoted $24.95 for oil change & tire rotation after $10.00 rebate.

NOT TRUE they did not tell you that a coupon is needed so they charge you for the tire rotation $17.00

Called them back and they said " you should know you need a coupon" Why don't they tell you that when you call for a price. I think this is the way they get you to their shop and then you get the bill!
