Levin has tried to pass it off as not their fault because the store was in liquidation. This was not disclosed nor is it on any documents.

I was told that their technician Rick would be reaching out and would make it right.

Still waiting, no contact, no resolve and no satisfaction. My furniture is literally coming apart at the seams.

I am trying to have my recently purchased furniture repaired. I am getting no satisfaction anywhere and apparently Levin furniture does not stand behind their products. I have asked to be contacted by a supervisor to see if progress can be made. At this point, it is my mission to make sure that everyone knows what a shady organization Levin is and to never trust them. The attached photo is one of many seams that are splitting.

Husband and I spent $6000 in their store back in March 2021.Still no furniture.First we were told it would come in June then August then October, now we may or may not get it by end of year I would have more respect for them if they would have been honest and said they had no idea how long it would take. Tried to buy floor model, was told no.

Unreasonable wait time. and dont blame COVID, that does not make you be deceitful. and they take items from one order to fill another. So if you buy one item, they take it from a multi item order to close the small order out.

That is totally ridiculous. Honesty means alot in business and I dont trust them at all. Have made no effort to make things right or make up for the wait. If I could find something else I like, I would cancel this order in a heartbeat.

AND they were unable to tell me what they had in stock so I could pick something else.

Very disappointed and very angry. D

I purchased several pieces of furniture with them and a protection agreement that was suppose to cover tears snags etc. We were a little concerned about snagging due to the two very small dogs that we have. I specifically asked the sales person about this and he said it would definitely be covered. It was not. Since then I had to order replacement covers which arrived 4 weeks late.

Not very happy at the moment!

Purchased "LEATHER SOFA AND OTTOMAN from you a while back. Used the recommended cleaners and conditioners from you also.

I never used the furniture, thinking I could save it from getting broken down, and suddenly it began to split and peel! Now I cannot use it, it is garbage. If it is leather, it is paper thin, seems more like pleather! Real leather does not do this, I am so disappointed!

I paid over $1000.00 for these 2 pieces. Now I have nothing, no sofa or Ottoman table. This is unbelievable! I would like to have it replaced, not with this type of material.

If it is not 1/8" to 1/4" cow hide, I don't want it! Please resolve this matter, I would dislike to resort to the BBB. But I will if need be. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible customer service

Purchased a sofa set and was originally told 12 weeks out for delivery, since I ordered it exactly how it was on the floor model. 12 weeks pass and receive no update, called in and received a new delivery date. This happened two more times, I had to reach out every time. Tried to cancel after the 3rd time due to lack of communication but was told that I couldnt cancel because I was too close to the delivery date. 8 months in, finally have a delivery confirmation but couch would not fit through the door. Was told that I am stuck with $3,000 couch set as they say it was a special order? How is it a special order if ordered the same as the floor model.

I bought a high-end rocker recliner (Flexsteel...made in China) from Levin Furniture in Wexford PA for over $1000. Within the first year the motor and cable harness were replaced 2x and shortly after that, the mechanism started making bad clanging noises. The original owner of Levin said they would replace it for nothing but now, the new owner, Levin family, said up yours, we don't honor previous commitments but we will order a new mechanism of which you will have to pay for it. Levin sells garbage and I will never buy anything from them again. Matter of fact, I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know and interact with to never buy furniture from Levin because they sell crap.

I had to cancel my order with them because they kept moving the delivery date. They also told me it would be at least 2 weeks after they got it before they could deliver the furniture. You can blame the pandemic, but I got my furniture in 4 days from another store &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; itis more of what I wanted. So you can get it earlier if you shop for it. Now I didn't have to pay for it till I got delivery but this is my money I want it now. Sounds like a commercial. But it is what it is.

We purchased a Flex steel Sofa and love seat from Levin in 2017 along with the Levin Protection plan which covers " Stains, rips,tears and burns for 5 years" if no claims in 5 years you get a store credit for the full amount. This is not true a Lie, We contacted Levin because our Love seat cushion is tearing at the seams along with the throw pillows same problem, The store manager stated only accidental tears are covered . The store brochure did not mention anything about accidental tears or rips. They do not return my calls, They claim there is another paper that explains their policy I did not get one of these . Their explanation made no sense. Bate And Switch Policy

This is my experience! I'm so infuriated. There are tears along the seams and this garbage insurance won't cover it!

Salesman lies

I purchased over $1600 dollars worth of furniture. I understand that COVID has caused delays.

I have been patient. This past Monday the salesman Ted called and said my chair was in and ready for delivery Friday. When I did not hear from delivery staff on wed I called to check on it. The salesman told me there was an error at the main PA warehouse and they would deliver it two weeks later.

I called to speak to a mgr who informed me that the furniture was NOT in their warehouse. The store mgr would not talk to me directly but spoke to me through another mgr. they said they would check with the salesman the next day. I want the chair so Im waiting for it but its clear someone is lying.

Either the salesman or the mgr. I dont understand why the mgr can not find out or even talk to me directly. After spending $1600 I deserve an answer. I asked the salesman if I could get the floor model he said NO how would we sell more.

Well selling something you dont have is just as bad

Bauer beware. They smile at you but when it comes to service they are not helpful. Especially when you catch the salesman lying to you.

Especially since he got his commission on the sale six mths ago and I have yet to get what I bought. Do not buy from levin furniture

My wife and I purchased a very nice sofa with duel recliners, it is defective and even with their extended warranty. They will not make good. I will not be purchasing anything from this company anymore, do at your own risk. The star minimum is too much.

Problem with receiving my sectional. It was ordered since December. My name is Karen Finney. The sells person has been very helpful. I need answers. They keep delaying my custom item. Very discouraged. Sitting here at home in my kitchen chair. Which Im using in my family room. The sectional is delayed by March, April now first of May. Finished date told to me. I believe the furniture maker is Classic. Please get in touch with someone in that manufacturing facility for answers. Appreciate it Sincerely Karen Finney

I bought an I comfort mattress with a king size bedroom set and was promised a new mattress cover every 4 or 5 years 3 times. I went to store to get A new mattress pad and was told they were not honoring it anymore even though I am still within the time limit. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and will never shop there again
