I bought a Fountain Pen case for delivery to England. I even sent them the image from their website to ensure I got what I wanted given the huge cost of having it posted too and imported into the UK.
it arrived.
Wrong item.
I complained and they offered me a refund - I said I would re-purchase the item I actually wanted if they refunded me and they agreed.
They told me to keep the item they had sent me and use it or give to charity.
When I received the refund it was only for the case and not the £65 postage costs. I emailed back my objections and nothing but silence. Im now £65 out of pocket and have a case fare too small for my use.
The company have not replied to my requests for the full refund. Disgusting.

Order problem
You sent a package which has been delivered to my old address. I clearly ordered it to my new address some 2500 miles away from my old address.
There is no one at the old address to either receive it or send it back. I will no longer deal with the problem or your company. You figure out how to retrieve the package. I tried but received ABSOLUTELY NO help from your phone agent, Cindy.
I have notified my credit card company to the effect that I am refusing any payment for this item.
They will notify you. Maybe this will get you to act on your own behalf.
You sent my item to the wrong address and have offered no good way to rectify the mistake.

Levenger, after two ten-minute waits for a customer service rep and for a replacement, kindly placed a new order for the missing pen. They even created a faster delivery time the second time.
I am totally pleased with the customer service reps work. That is the first time an order was messed up in 30 years, and it was resolved.

BAfter two ten-minute waits for a customer service rep and then a resolution, the issue was resolved satisfactorily. I am happy with the customer service reps work.
She even sped up the delivery time, which was kind of her.
I will buy from Levenger again! This was the first isdue in 30 years.

DON'T buy from this company, especially in a "conversation" store. Found a really nice iPhone wallet/iPhone 7 case, in a Levenger "store" Macy's Chicago.
They did not have in their stock so Manager said "no problem". He will place an order directly into their warehouse system, ship Fedex the same day and have in a few days. No email of ship. Called Customer number once and they can't find the order.
They will look into it and call back. By the way, no Customer Service on weekends; only order taking reps. Nothing. No call back.
Called again next business day. Still can't find the order. Customer Service still not reachable so had to speak to an Order rep, again. Even spoke to a Supervisor who still could find it and would not call anyone.
Just take a message again. Sent email on their site and waiting for any answer. PLUS, the Manager promised FEDEX next day. Called the concession in Macys and he found the order.
Says same system as warehouse and Customer Service??!! Finally a Team Leader called us, said he found the order in their system and did not know why no one could. Gave a USPS tracking number, maybe ship tomorrow and 7-10 days. Some next day.
If USPS loses it and can't find it (had that happen a few times lately) have to wait 7 more days before Levenger will do any investigation. NEVER buying from this company again.
4 calls and 1 email; lies from retail persons and pretty apathetic support. Too bad because it's a pretty nice iPhone case.
