Worst customer service ever

Bought a sweatshirt, a different color than I wanted because the one I wanted was out of stock. As soon as I received it, it came back into stock.
I've been contacting customer service, if that's what they call it, for over two weeks. I've got nothing but bogus emails and total ignorance. I've sent over 100 emails with no response. When I wrote a bad review on their own website, I got a response that promised an exchange link that ended up being bogus.
They have no phone number.
It seems like they are a total scam. I would never buy anything from this company and advise everyone else to do the same.
