Ring not updating sleep info
It takes FOREVER to transfer the daily info. The sleep info is the same for days and does not update. The sleep info on the recovery time does not match what is on the sleep page.

Nobody ever returns my phone calls. I'm going to report you to HSN and whoever else I have to.
I'm sick and tired of buying your dumb watches. They don't work, they don't pair, nobody's there, and there's no customer service. This message cuts me off constantly at 855-296-****.
Get with the program, guys. I'm calling HSN to report you.

Gobbles up data on cell phone.
5 GB in 5 days. You would need unlimited data on telephone service.
Higher amount of data costs more. So that means cell service costs more. Can't afford that.
Screens on the phone is pretty and easy to read. But need a better instruction book.
Too hard to look. Information up on the internet.
Setting correct time
Ive called 3 times. No one has returned my call.
I texted my problem and no one has responded to my text.
Ive had this problem before.
But someone was available to assist me. There must be a defect with this watch.

Hello, my name is Kim Crisafulli. I purchased a Lets Fit smartwatch about 2 years ago, through either QVC or HSN, I can't remember.
Actually, I bought 2, 1 for my son. My band fell apart about a year ago, I have been trying to find where I can purchase a new band. Every time I order one, it's the wrong one. I called your company about a year ago, the woman I spoke with wanted me to send the receipt, which I do not have.
I wasn't looking for a free band, just where I can get the correct band. My Lets Fit is IW2 OF36 MAC, says 00:00:35:0E:0F:36. Also, there is a V1.37 in a small box to the right. It's getting very frustrating because I can't use the watch.
Please help by letting me know where I can get a new band. Thank you, Kim Crisafulli.

I actually liked the Letfit watch although it quit working after 6 months there is absolutely no customer service available. I have tried to contact them at least 3 times with no response.
It doesn't matter how good of a deal a product is upfront if it quits workings 6 months later. DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY.

I have asked for a shipping label from customer service repeatedly and I never received one. I have paid for the shipping fee for the return of letsfit 2pk watches. I would like a full refund of $87.09 for the Letsfit watches and and $15.68 for the shipping fee from ups.
I would appreciate that this matter is taken care of ASAP.

I called and could not get through to anyone. My watch has broken twice. The first time Hsn fixed it this time they ask me to call Letsfit.
Preferred solution: Exchange
Customer service does not exist.
I need a new band. I cannot get in touch with anyone and when I send emails or leave messages no one responds.

Troubleshooting watch issues
No one answered. I guess they hung up on me.
My issue was not addressed nor resolved. I was listening to music for several minutes and then it went silent.
So I would not recommend this site or watch to anyone because I just received it from HSN last week. I lost my money because the face is just black now.
