Problem setting up my watch
Well, the problem hasn't been resolved. The people that were helping me were very nice, but the information and the app were not the same. I'm waiting to talk to a person on the phone to explain why the instructions don't work.

I didn’t have any they never called me back or send me and email nothing. My watch is still not set I’m still an hour behind and can’t get into my app
They didnt get back to me so the problem was never resolved. I would think it would be a pretty easy fix but so far nothing back.

This company never responded to my emails and phone calls about saying my email address wasn’t registered so I couldn’t get into my watch’s website. I tried several times. I really liked the watch but would never order another one from them

Change of app. Problem with aoo

I have an E22 watch, bought it through QVC. I love the watch, but recently you changed your app to physical and sport information.
I can no longer use this app to change watch faces or other things.
How do I get my older app back? If I cannot change my settings, I will have to give up my watch and go with another brand.
