Problem setting up my watch

Well, the problem hasn't been resolved. The people that were helping me were very nice, but the information and the app were not the same. I'm waiting to talk to a person on the phone to explain why the instructions don't work.

I didn’t have any they never called me back or send me and email nothing. My watch is still not set I’m still an hour behind and can’t get into my app

They didnt get back to me so the problem was never resolved. I would think it would be a pretty easy fix but so far nothing back.

This company never responded to my emails and phone calls about saying my email address wasn’t registered so I couldn’t get into my watch’s website. I tried several times. I really liked the watch but would never order another one from them

Letsfit app won't accept my email address even though I have been a customer for at least 2 years. Had to reset it to change the date and time.

Haven't had much trouble since I've had it except for now.

How do I get it to accept my valid email address?

I purchased 4 lets fit watches from hsn or qvc and nome of them have worked since daylight savings time I love them I just don't know why they stopped working

Change of app. Problem with aoo

I cannot restart my watch

Let's fit watch was delivered which at first I thought she said no charger but then I found out the wrong charger was sent....what we need is the charger that you use on the front of the watch to char
