Very dissatisfied with service

I subscribed to Lets Eat Grandma to get expert assistance with an urgent job application that I need to complete by next week. Ive requested a timely consultation from multiple Lets Eat Grandma employees.

Everyone keeps disregarding my request and forwarding me back to the generic website which states the turn around for a resume first draft is 7 days. This works perfectly for me, except Lets Eat Grandma wont give me a consultation before next week. When I asked if this could be expedited, even with an expedite fee, I was told no. Are you telling me there is not a single resume writer on the whole staff that could assist me this week?

I was then told they can refund my money but will take 10% for their trouble.

This customer service is appalling. Firstly, not a single employee expressed interest in or understanding of my situation. Secondly, no one has offered a reason why I cant get an expedited consult. They havent even offered an explanation!

Meanwhile, the whole website says satisfaction guaranteed.

Well, your need for expedited service, your need for customer service logic and your need for fair business practices are not to be found at Lets Eat Grandma. The satisfaction guaranteed is a joke.

I want a 100% refund because you have now wasted 24 hours of valuable time I didnt have negotiating with employees who dont care at all about my situation.

I will be looking for all other platforms on which to leave this review until I get my money back. Shame on you Lets East Grandma.
