Unsatisfied
The day after I paid for a subscription, I could no longer access my account. The site says I used incorrect log in email or password.
I tried multiple times and I'm sure I didn't. I tried to contact them via message, but the send button for that option didn't work. I'm hesitant to try to call due to a nosey roommate. I'd now like to cancel the subscription, but I can't access the account to do so.
I must say I'm also alarmed that I have read reviews stating that they make unauthorized charges to your credit card. This could seriously put me in jeopardy because my finances are tightly appropriated for my bills. Also, I saw reviews that new members got a bunch of messages at first, then none and no replies, even to those who've messaged first.
This was also my experience. Now I'm wondering what kind of trouble I've gotten myself into!Be careful!
