VR St Nicolas RV Dealer

I purchased three new motor home over a period of time, and every time their service became worse and worse, it is now at the point where I have to advise anyone contemplating purcasing and type of RV from this dealer not to, as you will never be happy. They have no respect for your property, they are dirty, they walk into your coach with filthy shoes, and really dirty hands, they hardly ever fix anything right. The last time we had to abandon our two month old NEW American Revolution, but before leaveing we asked if they could keep the firdge and freezer pluged in, you guessed it, when we returned weeks later, the fidge had been left unpluged, and our food was spoiled, we complained and asked Steve Ross (the owner) for a basic compensation, only $100.00 dollars just to cover some of the food lost, but he refused. The motor home floor was covered in dust and dirt, it looked as if they had been walking in plowed fields and then walked into our coach, dust over everything, they said they would clean it up, like *** they did it was as filthy after their feable attempt to clean, as before they started. They had to carry out paint work, to damaged caused by a light falling out, that had not been attached properly, at the factory, before we purcased the coach. After we returned home and washed the coach we found over spray all over the back of the coach and parts of the sides, they refused to have it fixed by a local repair shop. We live a good 5 hour drive from the dealership (each way), they did not even offer to fix it, just ignore us. The leveling jacks will not retract, they reset them, now they not only will not retract, but they set the coach on a 5 degree tilt, and I can go on and on about the terible service, and the way they treat their customers, WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, it is on hyway 20 just west of Quebec city. Avoid this dealer or deal with them at your own risk.
