I already paid and you cancelled me again
My subscription ran out. I didn't receive a notice that it was ending, so when I went to work out, I couldn't.
When I tried to pay, I couldn't get in. Eventually, I figured it out and made the payment. The 14-day free trial period began on March 1.
However, when I logged in today (February 18th), it stated that my subscription had been cancelled. I need my subscription back by tomorrow morning so I can complete my workout.

LM won't respond to my requests
I've tried emailing and leaving messages and noone from that company will call or email me back. I'm trying to cancel a training to give them ample time to provide a refund or do some sort of exchange in a reasonable amount of time, but they won't respond. It's very frustrating.
