Lerch RV - Great family owned dealership, solid four star dealer

I recently purchased a fifth wheel from Lerch RV, and overall, the experience was quite positive. One of the standout aspects of Lerch RV is its competitive pricing.

While shopping around for a new camper, Lerch consistently offered some of the best prices. It's refreshing to find a dealership that provides top-notch service and understands the importance of offering fair and competitive prices. The transparent pricing at Lerch RV made the decision-making process much smoother, and I felt confident that I was getting a great deal on my purchase.

The service I received after the sale further solidified my positive impression of Lerch RV. The post-sale support was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to address my concerns or questions about my fifth wheel.

However, communication, at times, could be improved. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my order or repairs. While this was a minor inconvenience, it would benefit Lerch RV to enhance its communication processes to keep customers informed throughout the post-purchase journey.

One area where this dealership truly excels is its technicians' expertise. The repairs and maintenance services provided by Lerch RV are unparalleled in the industry.

The technicians demonstrated a deep understanding of RV systems, and their attention to detail was evident in the quality of their work. What impressed me the most was the durability of the repairs they held up exceptionally well, even after extensive use. Knowing that I can rely on Lerch RV's skilled technicians gives me confidence in my fifth wheel's long-term performance and reliability. While communication may be an area for improvement, the technical expertise of Lerch's team is undoubtedly a significant strength that sets them apart from other dealerships in the industry.

In conclusion, Lerch RV offers a compelling combination of reasonable prices, excellent post-sale service, and industry-leading technicians.

The competitive pricing made the purchasing process straightforward, and the attentive post-sale support demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Although communication could be more consistent, the exceptional skills of Lerch RV's technicians ensure that any necessary repairs are handled with the utmost care and expertise. I recommend this PA dealership to fellow RV enthusiasts looking for a reliable dealership that provides value and quality service.

First off, I DO NOT usually leave reviews, especially negative reviews for companies, because I know how hard owning a business is, but this warrants it. If I could leave this company 0 starts I would.

They were great to work with initially, but they take advantage, sell you garbage and lied to me about the length of the loan. A 7 year loan is actually 12. Yes I signed the paperwork, but I did the math wrong in my head based on what they told me. Technically my error, but ethically and morally their fault.

I would have never in a million years bough the junk they sold me, had I known it wouldn't even last a year without major problems, nor would I have EVER agreed to a 12 year loan. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a first time RV buyer, and to trick someone into a loan that will far outlive the crap they sold me.

Just in case you're thinking of buying a KZSportsmen, DON'T DO IT! They are junk, literal pieces of junk...

So you are blaming someone for "tricking" you into something you legally signed? Did you not read the documents that you signed?

You would think if you were making a major purchase, you would not just randomly sign documents without a good thorough read. Plus, most RV loans are ten- or twelve-year, at least from my experience.

Recent RV Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I recently purchased an RV from a large national dealership chain. After several visits back to the selling dealer to have the AC and a few other issues fixed with the plumbing.

They could not get the repairs right. So I reached out to Lerch RV, and even though I did not purchase my camper from them, they got me in for a fast appointment and delivered on the repairs in a timely manner. The only reason I'm a pissed off customer, is that I did not give them the chance to initially earn my camper business.

I have decided moving forward, I'm going to only give our business to small independent and family owned dealerships like Lerch RV. Who care about customers.

Purchase a 2017 Sprinter 5th wheel from Lerches. When picking up and service going over our new camper with us it was brought to are attention that one of the lights in fire place was not working service said they ordered a new part that they would let us know when it comes in and they would replace.I had camper two months and was never notified when part came in my wife had to call and now i got to take the camper back to have part installed.I work in customer service and this is not how you keep your customers happy.I live a hour away and i am not dragging a camper that far and tying up most of a day on something that i feel service is responseable for.

We have never had a problem with Lerch RV, and our family is our our third RV (two tow behinds, now a 5th wheel) from this dealership. Always treated fairly and like family.

Great pricing, large service area. And we live about 2.5 hrs away, so it's over a five hour round trip towing.

If you are going to buy an RV far away from home, and need quality service, you better expect to drive back. But for us, this quaint family owned dealership is the place to go for buying and service.

Ha, it sounds like you already own a notorious leaker. The Zepplin RVs were discontinued because they leaked like a sieve over time.

Plus the repair that you mentioned is the best thing to do for a cost savings. If you wanted the whole floor ripped out which would probably facilitate removing the all cabinets and furniture out of your RV, I'm sure that this RV repair place would have charged you a lot more and you would be crying. Overlaying a decaying particle board floor in a RV is the best way to make the trailer usable again with little cost. As long as the initial leak is fixed.

But if you have a whole floor rotted away, sound like the owner did not do any preventative maintenance or noticed a leak at all. A floor does not become rotten over night. It takes months, or years.

From my personal experience RV ownership requires more dedication to maintenance than owning a house or a car. And if you can not find time to maintain your RV, you should probably not own one.
