I also ordered a free trial of two packages and paid about six pounds for delivery. 2weeks later they took £160 from my bank account which left me overdrawn. In was very distressed about this as I am a pensioner and have no new funds for two weeks so thiswas my food eetc for two weeks. I rang them in tears and eventually refunded half. I feel this company are a bunch of scammers and I can see from some of the commentes that iI should inform my bank as they may try to take monthly debits. This has caused a 69 year lady much distress and I am angry that I was taken in by them as I am usually streetwise. Jean b. Perhaps watchdog may be interested!

I thought I had ordered a free trial ,but didn't realise I had signed up for monthly deliveries ,I spoke to them and said I could have with discount ,but told them I was an senior citizen and could not afford it ,I cancelled any further deliveries ,but received 2 more packages ,I have returned them as not wanted ,and blocked my bank account ,it has so far cost Me £20 for free trial ,telephone calls and costs to phone bank +costs for sending free trial back ,if I didn't send them back in 12 days at warehouse they would charge me £80+and not cancel my subscriptions ,it has really stressed me out ,so worrying
