The product is functionality is really good. I'm amazed sometimes at the outcome, but like anything else, sometimes there are problems.

At first their personnel was not responsive, I even wondered if anybody actually work there. But the person who helped me this past weekend was very professional very helpful and very considerate

While the AI product works pretty well most of the time, I can't say the same for their human staff. It's based on tokens that you receive when you sign up for a subscription, or if you top off more tokens.

I ran into glitches and problems when the app would fail or only produce 60% of what I prompted it to do, but it still took my tokens or its mistake. So I tried to contact customer support, but it took them over a day and a half to get back to me with an email. Then the email stated that it was probably my fault and that I should send them some screenshots and some proof. Seems to me they have all the proof they need; they have their servers, they can go back and look at them.

I sent between 15 and 20 different emails over the period of five or six days to only get one more back from them. Here again, they said in a roundabout way that it was probably my fault and that I should send them proof. There are so many things involved that I did trying to get in touch with these people and get them to reason with me; it would take 16 pages to write it all. What it boils down to is, I tried to communicate several times, I sent them the proof of the mistakes the app made when generating videos and images, and I sent screenshots, prompts, etc.

In total, I was probably robbed of 9,000 tokens, which is the equivalent of about $15 to $20.

I still have not heard back from them since early yesterday, and that guy said he'd been out of town and apologized; that was about it. I highly recommend you do not use Leonardo.AI until they get these glitches worked out and realize that taking people's money is not a good way to do business.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase this app until they not only get the bugs worked out , but not until they learn how to treat customers.
