Since I posted a Yelp review about him (a revised review, actually), I've had a couple people message me on how we can find him, as I was one of his long-time customers (now pissed off investor) who was invited to participate in his Private Gaming fund.

Repeated calls and emails to his office were largely ignored, except when I posted a negative review on Yelp, when he finally contacted me on July 5, 2013 and told me he was being "extorted and blackmailed". Sorry, you failed to keep your promised returns and technically owes me $22k, but I'd just like my initial investment back. Calls to the Nevada SoS weren't much help.

Last I heard, he's hiding out in New Jersey and called me from a 'private number', presumably on a cell phone. His website has since been shut down (so much for the 'lifetime memberships' and ability to review video) and both his Las Vegas and 800-numbers are disconnected. He should buddy up with Snowden, then they'd be two fugitives on the run! Hope that SoB dies soon.

We are terribly sorry that you did not find our systems useful, and that your request for a refund was not promptly responded to.

Our company has been in business for nearly 25 years at the same location, with the same phone number, operating under the same Clark County business license (# 100****.237). During that time, we have sold tens of thousands of courses to thousands of satisfied customers, and have experienced a return rate of LESS THAN 1%. When you have been in business as long as we have, and sold this many courses, there are bound to be a few people unhappy with the results. We stand by our products, and continue to offer a full refund to anyone unsatisfied with the results.

Sincerely,

Leonard Benson Company

I have been foolish enough to buy 2 so-called systems from him. Both were so convoluted and complicated that any normal person could never make practical use of them.

Never bothered to try and get my money back, but I won't ever buy naything from him again. I just received another solicitation in the mail today.

He will not refund you for anything you buy from him. I found out the hard way. He is a scam.
