Steer Clear of this office!
Nothing but a revolving door of employees. Have gone to him for at least 10 years with three kids and have paid roughly $20,000 plus.
Mark Lenz has no personality whatsoever and the office has but one employee over the 10-year span that I know. Today I couldn't pay the $300 to start treatment so I gave $100 and they pulled me into the backroom to discuss and dismissed us as a patient.
I should have done this a while ago and left as they charge way more than other orthodontists. Steer clear unless you enjoy paying more!!!!
