Total ripoff
I contacted Lens Direct but they were not willing to honor the "no-hassle" return policy they have in their advertising.
I sent my prescription to Lens Direct as they offer a "No hassle return". I thought they were a safe alternative to the high dollar outfit that wanted to make my glasses.
I was quite optimistic that this was a great solution. NO SUCH LUCK. I got the glasses, finally and they are horrible. I cannot use them at all.
Lens Direct swears they were made correctly, and now they refuse to accept a return. They stole my money.
