The rebate incentive is a sham and customer service is unaware of problem solving tactics. Looooonnng wait times. No resolve.

Purchased contact lenses and still waiting to $ 160.00 rebate - 5 months now

I ordered contact lenses 1-19-2022 and was supposed to receive my $ 160.00 rebate. They said and still say they are behind 6 plus weeks in mailing rebate cards due to COVID. Well we are now at 5 months and no sign of a rebate. Speaking to customer service is a joke they have no idea and can not even comment at all on timing of rebate.

User's recommendation: Find another company - they shun there responsibility on the rebate company.

I'd like my $ 160.00 rebate as promised when I ordered.

Rebate

I fill out a rebate form and was told it would take 8-10 weeks to receive. I called after that time and was told it was processed on 12/7/21. So I should receive 1/27/22. I called and was told February 15. I called again and was told March 1. I called again and was told March 29th, 2022. Well I still have not received it. In fact it has not yet been send out. I called and was on chat today its going to be another 2-3 weeks. Its been 16 weeks already. I am not a happy customer. The woman on chat Cera said there was no supervisor available but the woman on the phone put a gentleman on who said he was a supervisor but still did not help me and would not give me the phone number of the corporate office so I could call. I call the customer service number for rebate, it tells you about ads and then hangs up on you. I call three times. The supervisor told me there is now 2 more steps to get the rebate (is this for real) and this is the only way I could expedite my rebate which I have been waiting 16 weeks for already. This is not good customer service

Email received a lie

Email states $40 rebate with reorder, click the button to reorder and it’s a $15 rebate. The customer service people kept saying we are sorry we can not do this. And that’s it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Liars! Shame on you!

Lens.com does not care about their customers

Lens.com has been a nightmare to deal with. I asked them how can I modify my credit card information on the account as there is no way to do it through their website, they e-mailed that they deleted it. However, the information is still there. Also, they e-mailed that they verified my prescription with my eye care doctor on Sunday. There is no one in that eye care office on Sunday. So, they could have not verified. Anyways, I am done with lens.com (after many years of business and my money spent to them). I now found a new online contact lenses provider, where I get free shipping and discount. So I have been using this new provider, my first order was deliver the same day and I saved 30 percent.

Lens.com shipping method (Fedex Smartpost)

I ordered contact lens on 21 August from Lens.com, not knowing they were shipping via Fedex Smartpost. This is 29 August and haven't received them yet because the tracking says they stayed in Atlanta for 3 days doing nothing. I could have purchased these from my doctor or other online companies with free shipping and faster service. This is my first experience ordering my contacts online and a lesson learned. I did save money by ordering online but sometimes it is worth paying a bit more and get your order within a reasonable time. Lens.com, or any other company you are dealing with should inform you they are shipping Fedex Smartpost before you pay. I won't be using Lens.com again.

I waited over 2 weeks and found out they had been sitting in Chicago for several day. I called to complain and they said they would send me a new order via overnight.

It’s been nearly a week and FedEx shows the order hasn’t even been picked up yet! Will NEVER order from them again
