I am trying to get through to Lenoxx for a faulty CD player Model no: CD114 Batch No: PR4601
I bought it from Woolworths online but I never received proof of purchase and when I went to find out, they could not be of any help. I have the amount leaving my account to Woolworths on record and can provide this to Lenoxx.
I understand my rights as I am a lawyer. The machine is cheap and nasty as a starting point, then there is the fact that you cannot play ANY CDs from ANY era of ANY age that do not skip or jump,or fail to start without missing the first second of every track.
I will wait to see the reaction, but I'm ready to make plenty of noise about this.
Please get me in contact with a human email address so I have EVERYTHING IN WRITING - NO PHONE CALLS.
