Broken knife.

Just bought a Lenox gold utility knife for work. I'm a cabinetmaker, so I use box cutters a lot.
The knife wouldn't open correctly, and I had to really put effort in to open the knife. Then I went to remove the blade to remove some over spill of glue on my cabinet, but then the blade got stuck, and then the knife wasn't able to close due to the blade being stuck most of the way out. So I tried to pull out the blade using channel locks, but the blade snapped in half. Overall, very dissatisfied with the quality of the knife.
I love Lenox tools, I always buy your blades and knifes.
But Ive never had this happen. And now my knife is completely unusable.

I can not support this inferior product. My wire cutters are rusted. They are only one year old.

This is my Fifth(5th) knife in three(3) years !!!! Unacceptable!
I still have two of my dad's utility knives(which have Lenox blades in them). These Craftsman utility knives are over 60 years old and still work perfectly. Why is it the the WORLD'S BEST BLADE manufacturer builds such a *** poor knife ?????? The glue used is awful - head pops off, magnets fall out.
The castings that hold the head in place are chiwanese "pot metal" garbage. SEE THE PICS -- all users complain about the same details and yet NOTHING has changed..
