Lenovo customer complaint

I ordered a laptop from Lenovo online back in October 2023. First it look me 2 weeks to get the order in after calling in and trying once a day for 2 weeks because their system was making an internal error on my address so the purchase order was not being processed on their end.

Finally in week 3 my husband figured it out. Now after 5 months and over 15 calls my purchase order has not been fulfilled! How is this possible. How can you pretend to have products, but are not able to deliver in 5 months ???

This is insane and its super frustrating and disappointing.

Every time I can customer service they just lie to me and tell me -oh your order will be processed in another 30 days. I dont understand how customers service can be so awful and dishonest!!!

My laptop wont turn on anymore because of family link parent code and its very annoying and we cant remember the code or find the serial number of the laptop

9/7 I received the new IdeaPad Slim I had ordered online 9/23 The laptop shut down on me while I was working, 3 times 9/25 The laptop no longer starts up I have to now ship it back to Lenovo. I do not expect this on a brand new laptop. I took it into Best Buy and they said that the computer is definitely faulty since when we plug in a power cord there is no light (that is supposed to come on on the side) Now while my pc is with lenovo, I will not have access to a pc.

Refund was supposedly approved 11/14 and would be issued in 2-10 days. After several calls, I learned they are still reviewing the refund. They lie. While their products are good their "customer service " is terrible!!!

My dog pulled my computer down by accident, and it is not covered by their warranty. Now I'm out $1000 and a computer. I cannot afford to buy a new one as this was bought with a lump sum owed to me.

Repeated driver issue for internet connection

Unreasonable delay in refund for Lenovo error

Called customer service during the hours they advertise only to get a recording to call back during business hours. Going on 2 months to get a refund for their sending the wrong tablet!!!

Stay away for the holidays

Ordered one entry level tablet; sent a smaller one. Called customer service whi sent a return label. Return was confirmed on the 14th with an email stating I would receive refund in 2-10 days. Called 14 days later. Took 15 mns for them to find the order and was told "team" was still evaluating the return. Looked for their email which they pulled!!! Dishonest company. Too bad since their products are usually good but their "customer service " is a lie. AVOID for holiday gifts!!! If there's a problem your loved one will see the holidays pass before anything woukd be resolved

Ive treated this computer with extreme care and have used it for just over a year. My warranty recently expired and the machine started overheating and stopped working. I am not pleased with Lenovos customer service, apparently they decide when my case is closed. I will never buy another machine from this company. I spent nearly $5000 on this laptop thinking I could use it for 3 years. Absolutely terrible, dont buy this product.

I registered my laptop the following day. I sent my purchase receipt three times to different departments but I never received any correspondence. (PW03VR6W). I received an email 10/10/23 stating my warranty will expire in 45 days on 11/24/2023. (7 mos.).I have been trying to reach someone to speak to but have not received any return call. Maybe this will find someone to help me.

My Lenovo Ideapad Flex5 laptop occasionally decides to kick me off of the Internet then wont allow me the option to reconnect to my Wi-Fi. Sometimes it will eventually reconnect, sometimes it doesnt, so then I have to call customer support to get them to walk me through what I need to do to get it reconnected. What a pain! Now I have to get an extended warranty so that they will keep telling me how to fix it when it breaks.
