I am trying to purchase a Lenovo p620 in South Africa

Shop.lenovo.co.za does not know the product the sometimes over quote by three fold almost 3 twice the price of the machine times a single rtx 4000 it's a joke there sick in the head. But they will sell me the machine without the graphics card for a reasonable price.They do not know anything about the product and why do they insist on a p620 graphics card this is your top of the line workstation and now that threadripper pro Is mainstream it is even more important to close the gap while you still can this makes no sense.

The do not support your coupons and they insist on selling your two base machines without graphics cards which makes me think they selling the graphics cards on the side.

For a bit of extra cash. This super dodgy and wrong.

Is it possible to buy the machine directly from the states and to be quoted for it shop.lenovo.co.za needs some serious education on the product threadripper pro Wrx80 motherboards aren't available locally yet but I could order one of newegg or Amazon why is buying a Lenovo thinkstation p620 workstation so difficult it's not Covid it is greed.

It has been back and forward for over three months

Surely selling goods and customer support should be top of mind everywhere in the world one brand

Is it possible to ship from the states or is there another official Lenovo shop in South Africa I can contact

Terrible. They mumble and don't speak clearly, and never answer your question. They answer a question like a politician in a press conference. They say they'll have a technician call you back, and they never do. This all happens if you ACTUALLY a hold of someone, which is a small victory in itself.

Just this week, I have already contacted Lenovo customer service and they said that they would email me. However, after many attempts on emailing them, they have never replied to my email yet. And they still told me to contact them via email any time.

I bought my Lenovo Laptop ThinkPad E15 in mid-November, and it consistently keeps freezing on me. Over the past several weeks, I noticed that it will not even let me turn on.

I surely believe the laptop is either fake or used, but when I bought it, it told me that it was new. In mid-January, I contacted Technical Support and told them the problem, and they said that they would send me a box to send it in for repair. I received my laptop back on February 5th but two days later, I tried it but the problem has not been resolved. (In fact, it was even worse than before I sent it in for repair.) I know that my 30 days warranty is passed, but it keeps giving me the same problems over and over again.
I have tried contacting Customer Support over the last week, but I always have trouble reaching them.

Furthermore, I am one of many people that have had the same problem, and you need to ensure better quality customer support are offered to your clients.

When I tried contacting them, they either tell me that they cannot help me or that they are too busy and will call me back at a later time (when an agent becomes available). HOWEVER, I reached the problem today and when they called me back, they told me that they are not available and to 'keep waiting for them' but they just ended the call without any agents.

I called tech support again. They said they were waiting for a new screen which would not arrive for months.

They said if I wanted to, I could take it for service at any Best Buy.

They don’t even know what is causing the problem since they never sent onsite support. I...

Microphone doesnt work every time. Camera turned itself off.

Airplane mode turned itself on. Screen splits and vibrates up and down. Screen goes dark starting from top and gradually filling screen. Touchpad does not always work.

Dialog boxes pop up at random. Outlook will not load half the time. Cursor disappears. Screen freezes.

Fingerprint reader does not work. Task bar will not stay hidden. Have twice been told by tech support they would send someone out, since I have an on-site service contract. They then refused to send someone.

At their request have performed factory reset. Problems persist. Did BIOS Default start. Problems persist.

Finally got email regarding tech visit. Did not even know I had an appointment date and was going to be traveling. Was told via email I must reschedule if Covid required quarantine. Called to reschedule.

Agent said I dont know if they can hold the parts. Then got email saying parts were delayed in Texas.

Still no joy. Writing emails on iPad because I had 20 glitches in 40 minutes while trying to compose last email.

I am having problems with my audio drivers and nothing seems to help! When I called this scam company, I was told there was a long wait to talk to a tech. Now I'm stuck without any sound!! I can't get help from no one!! I would recommend you bypass this product! It is a piece of *** like Lenovo and MICROSOFT (Who hung up on me when I was trying to talk to someone, which I paid EXTRA for!)!!

Lenovo yoga top portion broke apart

I need to file complaint...for Lonovo Yoga purchased 7/07/2020 at Best Buy , Charlotte, NC. I placed an order for four items in November 2020. I received three of the items in December by mail. The last item never came, the tracking number was generated but UPS site states it is waiting for the item. I have called customer service five times and every time I am told it will ship in two days and I will receive a new tracking number in my email. It never happens. It is March and I can't get a hold of anyone to resolve this. I even asked for a refund for the product and still get told the same thing. I am extremely frustrated that there is no real customer service and I will never buy another Lenovo product because of their poor customer service.

Motorola G Stylus Product Return

To Whom It May Concern:

I have tried to contact the provided numbers to return the Motorola G Stylus that I ordered from your company that is a 2021 model which my phone is a 2020 to no avail. The contact information provided is absolutely not beneficial to any customer.

Additionally, a company called Affirm has provided me with finance terms and conditions for a $26.00 item which I intend to cancel however I cannot reach anyone to return the item, therefore I will be charged through your Affirm company who currently holds the terms and conditions because I ordered from Motorola an item I cannot return and cannot get a refund for and cannot cancel the terms and conditions of Affirm. My credit has been damaged because of this process and the hit of an offer I was not aware of when ordering the accessory from Motorola.

I expect to file the necessary paperwork with the attorney generals office if this issue has not been resolved before Affirm requires payment on or before April 1, 2021.

Lenovo FAILURE TO PROVIDE REFUND TO CREDIT CARD

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I ordered a T490S and returned it (order #429678****, RMA #422234****). My credit card account was credited upon the return. I then ordered a T490 (order #429681****, RMA #422238****). I received TWO computers, instead of ONE Laptop. Thus, I returned one T490. The return was logged into a Lenovo warehouse on January 6, 2021. I AM TRYING TO OBTAIN A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE SECOND RETURNED LAPTOP ( order #429681****). Since January 15, I have had 17 courteous telephone conversations with Lenovo employees. Each time I have been assured that my credit card would be credited for the SECOND return. For over two months Lenovo has had my laptop that was still under warranty in for repair. This is a good quality laptop that apparently they have lost. As a small business owner this machine was important for us to stay profitable. They have done very little if anything to help resolve this . I'm sure they'll be consistent in not doing much to me get this back computer back . I spent over a $1000 for a laptop a year ago and as far as I'm concerned they now have stolen it from me

I was transferred four times. The final one was the south west technical support I think it was called. After explaining the problem they said I had to pay $69 to proceed. I am not going to do that. I am also never going to buy another Lenovo computer. And I will let a fairly wide range of people I know know that you guys are a scam. Not that thats going to make any Denton you probably. But I dont care I am unhappy to say the least.
