You failed to provide any services to me or any offers. Both my bank accounts showed failed attempts of you trying to receive payment for a service I'm not even using.
As soon as I received money in my account, the 3.99 was subtracted and I have had no positive feedback.
Would you want to pay for something that does nothing for you? I tried calling your customer service line just to be prompted to leave a voicemail, which I did.
