Been trying to order a control panel for 3 months
Called customer service. They referred me to 2 vendors in my area.
1 vendor no response. 2nd vendor been trying to order control panel for 3 months. I keep following up and they do not respond in reasonable times.
Last communication they said they will not sell me panel if I do not allow them to install. I agreed have been waiting on quote for 2 weeks from that time.
User's recommendation: Do not use Lenel if u need a quick install.
