I tried to find out how much my payment was and I couldnt get online or nothing! But Im not a pissed off customer. I just wanna know how much my payment per month is so I can try to catch it up and I dont like going through a lot of hassles on password and stuff so I was trying to find a customer service number so I could make my payments that way so I will wait till my payday and try to get a hold of you guys and make a payment or you can send a payment notice to me on my text or my email thank you

I gave the date of birth and the last 4 digits of my number and what I wanted to discuss. I think he (the agent) took all the info, but I didn't hear anything after that.

I was cut off during a transaction and had to start over but everything worked out in the end I have no problem with your service and want to continue working with you. Im sorry if you thought I was pissed I was not.

I explained that my daughter got on a car wreck after 5 days or so after the loan and being disability pay they said and sent email notice of ach revoked says it could take 3 business days to go in affect which sis more then that till date od ach payment thanks for your help and would recommend this to another consumers

I called Lendumo for a confirmation email on my loan that they said had been 'forgiven'. Their words, not mine.

In reality, the loan was just 'paid off' by me. I asked that they please send the confirmation email to my new email address, because the email they originally sent it to had been hacked. 'No problem,' the agent said. But the email will take 30 days to be sent to you.

30 days!

What email do you know of that takes 30 days to get to you! This is why I am incredibly frustrated!

Everything is good. Finally got the account numbers at your end correct.

They were inputted incorrectly about four times. Therefore, I was receiving calls and text messages daily.

Plus, during this same timeframe, my account was hacked. It has been quite a process getting this paid and each time I received different information on how to proceed.

When I got my contract after E-signing the loan was processed over three hundred percent and not the rate that was on ther website
