The photo is fake. He is on LendPost and even has a Hardmoney Page. He promises no upfront fees. But wants all your banking information.

Lendpost is a Free site that allows both Lenders and consumers that are seeking financing to post on the site. All consumers should use caution when dealing with anyone posting as a lender. The majority of lenders posting are legitimate, but like any thing else the WORLD is full of scammers. So use your discretion by checking if the posting lender has a

1) A Website, and it looks like it is legitimate and maintained.

2) Landline telephone #, Fax #, Email, etc. in the USA

3) Google any business address they provide and check it out.

4) Are they asking for UPFRONT FEES $$$ (telltale sign of scam)

5) Are they doing Secured loans (Real Estate) with a Title company, Attorneys, and/or Escrow company.

Or just Personal loans with no guarantees which is a Red Flag

6) Before giving any personal info ask for their Application, if this is not a 1003 form or legitimate pre-qualification form, report them to lendpost.

I have personally reported 3 posts to the administrators that were scams and they were immediately removed. I have also dealt with several of the Lenders that were completely legitimate.
