Amazing service with Eric Swan 5/5 stars!!
Eric walked us through the whole process making us feel comfortable and informed. we had a a lot of questions and he was always there to answer them even on the weekends.
I recommend him to any one looking to refinance. best part was we where offered a 4% rate loan and he was able to get it down to 3.75% before closing. this made us very happy and this has never happened to us before on any of the refinances that we had done in the past.
process took about 3 weeks to close and was very streamline. i just wanted to take the time to say THANKS...
