They expect me to pay twice
I had a line of credit with lenddirect until I had a stroke during covid lock down and so I utilized the insurance policy I signed up for and it was accepted by the insurance agent, now they sent my paid bill to a collection agency and wanted me to pay over $6000 for a $2500 credit line that was paid down to $1067 before I got sick. If you call you get a lady on her house phone and she will tell you that there's no manager to speak with.

Preferred solution: I would like them to acknowledge that they have been paid out by the insurance company and take the claim off my credit report. I made my payments early and more than once a month.
