It telling me to call
They were close when I called. I left a message waiting for a call back.
It said it could help me with funds I'm in need of right now. I pray they call me back.

Very fine online banking
My phone didn't let me log in and I had to use my other phone to see what happened and I saw this email and I'm here.

Horrible customer service
Was on the phone for over an hour with no response I sent a message through their website and got no response. I wouldnt recommend to anyone since there is no way to get a hold of anyone from the company. Also no explanation for their decision of denial of application.

Loan applications
Trying to sign my contract for my loan and it not Letting me resign not going through every time I press I agree keep saying that I need to put in my real name eveytime re do it still keep on kicking me out and keep saying put my name so thats why Im reaching out for help how to resolve this matter
