I needed a plumber urgently, Len the Plumber sent a salesman that did nothing but inspect the issues and email us options. We had to pay $50 to get this slick sales guy just to show up, he left and nothing was fixed.
I've got an actual plumber in the past from Len, but they must be changing for the worst. Their top priority is to get your money, not do the job. I will never do business with Len the Plumber again.
