My account debited and money not received

I transferred £500 frm my Santander bank account to my Lemonade account for exchange it I was debited on the account and transaction failed on Lemonade platform. I need it to be resolved fast because I need to make use of d money. Sunday

Lemonade Insurance stills keeps sending me e-mail even though I've unsubscribed many times already!!! I've even replied no more e-mails many times already yet Lemonade Insurance is still being disrespectful inconsiderate &;;;;;;;;;;;; rude!!! Stay away from Lemonade Insurance!!! Lemonade is a broker a middle man!!! If u insurance go directly 2 insurance agencies & get a quoted directly from insurance agencies!!!
