Although the customer service department is awful the collection is cute

Same old same old— I just will never purchase anything from this company again. I will continue to use my incomplete piece and I will be very vocal to all of my friends and family about why this piece looks like this.

I have tried multiple times in many ways to get the piece.
I wasnt even getting any answers at all until I found your website. I did get one phone call that unfortunately I missed, the first day that I left a review on your site and then per usual nothing
