Here are just a few of the unethical tactics I encountered: 1) Misleading pricing with over $4,500 is added fees above the agreed-upon sales price.
2) Unfulfilled promises regarding fixing known defects. 3) Lies - I was told by the sales rep that there were no add-on fees if I financed the vehicle. 4) Deception - a $2,700 warranty was slipped in without my knowledge and when I confronted them the next day, I was advised that this was required by the finance company.
