Package missing all the hardware

Our package for the day bed arrived without all the hardware missing. We sent messages but no reply.
We tried to call but could not get anyone to talk. We asked for retund to find out that we have to pay for the shipping even if we are sending back due their fault as we can not use the day bed without the hardware to put it togheter.

Hot Tub Repair???

We were expecting to have a simple heater replacement performed and instead were met with inept technicians that spent the better part of 3 1/2 hrs sitting in their vehicle while they left my hot tub open and exposed, unplugged without any heat or water flow on a day that was 10 degrees -17 with the wind chill.
They then proceeded to drain the tub and informed my husband that they damaged the motherboard. After a week of zero contact we stopped in and were told the owner had the board at home and didn’t have time to research a replacement. After another visit I was told they could solder it and reinstall it. Weeks later they did so, but I was informed that it was too cold to bend the pipes back.
Weeks later after placing another call they finally finished it. 2 days later on a nice 48 degree day we filled it, hoping that if something didn’t work the pipes wouldn’t freeze immediately. However, water started pouring from the pipes. We opened it and found random hardware laying inside unattached and the entire heater was completely loose.
My husband opened the pipe hoping to find a missing gasket from the intake and found an ice jam in the pipe. After a face to face they proceeded to try and blame us and the owner stood there with a smirk shaking his head no as if we were lying. My best skill is organization and documented which I’ll be thankful for during our upcoming court hearing. Inept technicians, horrible communications and terrible customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend this outfit to turn on a water spigot. My tub is ruined!!!
