Protecting others from making similar mistake

Unprofessional and dishonest business. Their work was sloppy and mistake-filled. They stopped responding after they got their last payment. After they left several mistakes were uncovered and they refused to take responsibility. The city would not pass/certify their work. We had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes. Please use another company for your pool- they may offer a higher upfront cost, but Leisurepools will cost you more after they leave behind a faulty product that the local municipality will not certify. Leaving you legally vulnerable.

User's recommendation: do not use this company- look elsewhere regardless of Leisurepool offered price.

Discourage others from making similar mistake

The team from LeisurePool Canada were dishonest, unprofessional and sloppy. They stopped responding after they got their last payment and would not take responsibility for faulty workmanship. Had to hire a separate contractor to fix their mistakes. City would not approve the work they did. Please hire another pool company- upfront companies may offer a higher upfront cost- but it will save you money and time and aggravation over the short term.

User's recommendation: use another company at all costs- not worth trying to save money on this scale of investment.

Despicable and heinous pool company

Purchased the pool in 2016 from Paul Kennedy. I was told I had no grading or access issues. When the pool arrived a month late. The installer told me I had access issues and the equipment would need craning in at my expense or lose a stone garden. Then I was told because of grading I needed to pay 500 extra in dirt removal. The backyard and pool were heavily damaged. They dropped a boulder in the pool and wrecked my air conditioner,pond and bladed my soffit. Nothing was fixed. The pool was installed wrong twice and started to cave in and change shape. Leisure pools wouldn't return my emails or calls until we contacted the head office in Australia. Leisure pools response was I DIDNT PAY FOR A PROPER INSTALL. I have had to call in another fiberglass pool company to fix leisure pools mistakes . The repair bill is upward of 35000.00. Paul Kennedy has a 12 million dollar judgement against him for fraudulant business activity in the swimming pool industry.

Bad experience with the company. Lot of promises and professional approach during sales, but then very poor service during and after the install. Absolutely no communication when dealing with problems.
