Been getting the run around for two months on the product absolute Clean. Now they are telling me it should be shipped out by second week in june.Its been six weeks. I like this product . but time to move on to something else if they can't supply it as needed. I dont want to use a cleanser just one month a year. I asked for a 90 day auto shipment and received it in 30 days
I ordered a product from Leigh Valentine in December I asked for a 90 day auto shipment because the product is not used every day. To my surprise, 30 days later another order was shipped to me. NOt only do I have to pay the return shipping charges, but since I did not have sufficient funds in my account, I was hit with a $35.00 charge from my bank This is not the first time that this has happened to me. Once you have given your credit/debit card info to them, you are at their mercy. They can go into your account at any time whether your order their product or not. I am sure after they receive the return product they will credit my account, however they will not refund me the overdraft fees from my bank, and that can add up to a pretty penny. I am pissed
