Didn't do the oil change they said they did!

This story is true, Lief's sucks, their adds are pure BS, and their motivations are only for their bottom line. This was a car I gave my daughter, and Leif's sure made a point about the insurance wanting to use used parts, and I told them I was OK with that. Also, I didn't say that when I called my daughter to confirm that the oil change was done, I overheard them say yes. I think we were being punished by vindictive *** who objected to me telling them to put the car back together and stop pulling the motor apart in order to sell us additional services. They kept calling while I was working telling me things like the timing belt that was just replaced needed to be replaced, and the spark plugs that were also just replaced needed to be replaced. *** puppies. The worst is that their advertising is such BS, that people are being taken in by their projected caring ways. BS, nasty ***, stay away!

Leif's Auto Collision Centers LLC, failed to do promised oil change

Our car was in for collision damage in April. About 6 thousands dollars of work was done on the car. During the repair my daughter and I were told on multiple occasions that the car would get an oil change while it was in for repair. When my daughter went to pick up the car I asked over the phone if the oil change was done and she was told yes. She takes the car back to Leif's after 3 months for the 'free' oil change and is told that there was only one quart of oil left in the car and that no oil change was done when the car was repaired. I called up to complain and spoke to a manager named Nate at Leif's, and he said that they only do authorized work, and that he would speak to the staff and tell them not to tell people that an oil change was included with repairs. In addition, now pay attention here, Nate pulled out his 'smoking gun' saying that the Jiffy Lube sticker on the car was already 6000 miles overdue when the car was in for repair. Now Leif's staff pulled the car apart looking for more services to sell us, they even removed spark plugs that were just replaced before the accident, ah yes, they cared so much about the long term health of our vehicle, that they failed to do the one service our car was actually 'begging' for? Of course they made no attempt to get approval from us for the 'free' oil change that they knew the car needed (Duh?). Since they have not contacted me in over a week after my full, and honest, disclosure of their negligence as well as my conversation with Manager Nate, I can only guess they don't give a ***. In short, they lie, make excuses, stick 'smoking guns' into their own mouths, but ultimately take no responsibility for the harm they do.
