Terrible company!
- Over two years waiting for a lifetime warranty replacement.
- Sliding windows leak and the fix was adding the soft side of Velcro to the gap.
I have been trying to get a window with lifetime warranty replaced for OVER TWO YEARS!!! The windows that slide up/down leak like crazy and their fix was to basically add the soft side of Velcro to the gap!
Absolutely terrible company. Give me my money back or come fix my windows!

They done terrible job on my house they didnt put LEI windows contractors put Cheap for window And they do two days and they left they step on my ledgers with the working boots in the bedroom windows upstairs window at 10:11 inch in downstairs in door 5 inch they miss matched everything they never come to do any issue for me calling them they just close the case and like I owe them money I was tricked by this They sure you want things and you get another thing

They bring u in to real you in to get money. They do a sh$tty job and refuse to contact you for months.
They are a pyramid company and you go door to door to make sales of bogus products and services. Images here are from one customer and Ashley From LEI swears they do not work with wood. Smh lies pure lies. They tried to force me to send them the documentation of this report I refuse simply because I will NOT incriminate a innocent consumer who paid thousands for a sh$tty job!!!

Another fake review from someone that wasn't a customer. They only do vinyl windows, so these pictures of caulking on wood windows are definitely not real. This sounds like an employee that got fired for not doing their job.

I couldn't agree more, they are terrible I don't know how they are still in business. Should have known from all the install issues to trying to get service, what a joke. They have no idea what customer service is.
