Terrible customer service phone cono
I bought 7 glass chimneys from this Lehmans company worth over $140.00 plus taxes. they gave me a hard time from one of the customers service.
She irritated me and not trying to help. The lady on their EBay store told me they will fit. THEY ARRIVE TOO BIG THEY DID NOT FIT THE LAMPS. I Was patiently explaining the glass chimneys did not fit.
She gave me a run about and really cause me to depression and anxiety attack. Whenever I send her message it takes her days before she reply and just gave up and donating the glass chimneys to Goodwill.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don’t buy from this shady company they will take your money but will give you hardship if you decided to return the merchandise. Shop locally much cheaper for less the headaches

I decided not to moved forward because the entire returning the merchandise with the company was unbearable and miserable. I tried to message them and it too 3 or more days before hear from them.
It causes me mentally, emotionally, depression and anxiety. I have been an eBay loyal customers for over a decade I never experienced this terrible incident with Lehman’s Company.
My sanity is worth it the wrong merchandise they sent me did not fit. I just donated them to the local Goodwill.
I attempted to return the items for a refund, but unfortunately, Lehman's company failed to provide adequate assistance. Despite repeated communication, they demonstrated a lack of willingness to resolve the issue. This experience has caused me significant distress, including depression and anxiety attacks. I strongly advise against making purchases from this company to avoid similar difficulties.
Instead, consider exploring local stores for the same items at competitive prices.
This will help preserve your mental well-being and financial resources. Although I wish to give a zero-star rating, the platform does not permit it, so I have assigned a rating of one star.
