Company NOT cooperating with customers returns
I recently purchased merchandise for my antique lamps through an online platform, which efficiently processed my payment. However, upon receiving the items, I discovered they did not fit as expected.
I attempted to return the items for a refund, but unfortunately, Lehman's company failed to provide adequate assistance. Despite repeated communication, they demonstrated a lack of willingness to resolve the issue. This experience has caused me significant distress, including depression and anxiety attacks. I strongly advise against making purchases from this company to avoid similar difficulties.
Instead, consider exploring local stores for the same items at competitive prices.
This will help preserve your mental well-being and financial resources. Although I wish to give a zero-star rating, the platform does not permit it, so I have assigned a rating of one star.
