Rubbish product. Sent a faulty product and they refuse to replace or refund. Dodgy refund policy … crap product from China, extremely poor business model

Faulty product sent from China. Received a kids neopixel light sabre which cost over $500. When received the wires were broken and the light sabre did not work. Company refuses to replace the product or refund claiming their refund policy states they send a repair kit for damaged items. The repair kit didnt fix the issue

User's recommendation: Do not but from this company … total sham!!
