Lager Coach tour
Tour Reference 9ALKX/1 , 9 days to Viana
Good points :-
A/ Evening one in Belgium Novotall was first class.
B/ Day tour to Czech republic beautiful.
C/ The Return Taxi driver personalty returned my baggage , I feel the driver has to be commended for his trust.
Bad points :
1a/ The coach diver told the passengers that the coach toilet only has 23 flushes for 31 passengers .
1b/ and the coach toilet only for liquids.
1c/ The coach toilet was locked every trip and passengers had to ask to use it.
2a/ The hotel in Salzburg advertised as breakfast and evening meals .
2b/ Breakfast was very basic, so much so my partner and I bought food from the local store to eat at breakfast.
2c/ The evening meals would be bad for school meals so much so most of the guests went out for evening meals , thankfully the village had many restaurants.
2d/ I was sick twice after evening meal and through it up.
3/ We were dropped off at Linn services and told we were to take a take the taxi mini cab.
4/ Left luggage in returning Taxi and no way to contact that evening Lager online or via the Lager help desk the next day by phone.
All in all we Will never travel with Lager again.

As first time traveller with leger for 4 nights to see dutch bulbfields Keukenhof park.
My complaint/concern is as follows. we were transferred to coach 229 at Ipswich.
We only stopped at Thurrock services briefly, we were told a very quick toilet stop (these were portacabins outside) we arrived at stop 24 to transferred to coach 279. During my journey from ipswich on coach 229 we were unable to have a cup of tea/coffee. When asked, several excuses was offered, the later being the toilet is locked as its full and unable to empty it. i cannot believe in this day and age we travelled about 5 hours without a drink being offered.
Quite barbaric.
A fellow customer was told not to eat on the bus. I felt we were dictated to, not the start i was expecting.
Complaint
Not getting to speak to a human every time I phone and press 2 the options keep going round and round. Iv tried 5 numbers. Take what they get when they do answer

Awful holiday
nothing like as mentioned in the brochure i did mention that i have problems with my mobility meaning i use a walking frame and told that wouldnt be a problem as much walking isnt involved it was quite the opposite meaning i spent most of the holiday sat allone on a coach

The coach which was allocated for a guided coach tour had no working air conditioning, no working microphone and no working DVD. The temperatures in the coach regularly reached 35 degrees centigrade.
The four day guided coach trip was ruined because the coach had no working air conditioning, microphone or DVD. Temperatures reached 35 degrees centigrade for most of the first two days.
The guide, who was very well informed, could not function properly because he could not tell us things en route or before we reached each of our destinations and so had to resort to a quick introduction prior to each stop off.
He was unable to show us DVDs of the area and the WW1. We have been given £10 each as a refund - insulting as the holiday cost us about £500 each.
