Unlawful use of photo by merchant
Legend martial arts in denison tx was notified last week to take down photo of minor and her mother. Nothing has been done! I left email yesterday saying it needs to come down today. It is still up. I will seek legal action against Legend as well as groupon if you do not remove this in next hour. I have screen shots of ad with date it has been up. I am also very familiar with law in texas and it is being broken with this photo. There was NEVER any consent to use online. I don't want a call I want the *** picture down. Next contact will be from attorney
