Called Legacy to inquire about my card and the agent was rude *** ***. I received a credit increase denial letter that was a total lie. All they should have said was they don't give increases instead of sending me a lie. They said my debt to ratio was too high for an increase. My debt to ratio is at 8%. This is a piece of *** company. I closed my account and anyone with these crooks should do the same. Read more

I applied and received a Legacy Visa a few months back trying to rebuild my credit. Paid the $75 annual fee upon arrival of the card. Made payments each month between $50 & $ 75 and always posts to my account as available credit the next day. This month I paid it off in full for $236 and three days later still not showing available credit even thou it was debited out of my account on the same day. This is a ripoff. I dont remember having this cause of a major stroke. I know mylimit was low. They got a collection to come after and they threated me on phone and then a had another stroke. Paying it off but i will.stop payments cause im not going to pay 5 times the credit limit that i had. Will report to BBB. Read more

My identity was stolen I sent in a police report and sent in paperwork and they still threatening abd harassing me about the account I never had

It was nice to receive this card in order to rebuild my credit & overall an easy experience. The only thing that infuriates me is that EACH time you log in to make a payment you have to provide the 3 numbers on the back of card & expiration date. I call the 1-800 number to make a payment and since I don't have my card on me to enter my numbers I'm SCREWED! Are you ready to give my husband his 394.00 he had to pay out of pocket cause my insurance denied my claim and im not on his health insurance im sure you got all the certified letters and the calls and because of the stress i ended up in the ER suffering with chest pain had to wear this monitor that records my heart beat for 2 days since it was the stress of dealing with this issue that you should give his money back so just like you want yours... Asked them to remove the late fee which was not supposed to be the there to to the fact it was paid 3 days in advanced and went through my bank. The rep told me she could not do this. I have had my card for just over a year now. I love it. Pay my bill over amount due EVERY month, on time. Never have had any issues. My husband died in May, and I used it for travel and hotel stay. It was very good to have.

I never had any problems at all with them. I have been with them for over 7 years. They did work with me when I had problems making payments. They stop late fees into I catch up and also refund me my Annual fee. I never had any problems getting in contact with someone at customer service. I am very happy so far.
