Bad qc bad cust serv

I purchased Sony Legacy vinyl album electric ladyland on vacation , got home opened it up and have 2 disc a/b and no disc c/d , I tried calling Sony music they gave me customer service number 212*222-****, that number has been busy 24 hours a day for 4 days,left several “comments” on the website and no response, called left several messages for Francis Wong with no response called July Swidler (EVP) finely talked to a real person ,her secretary who was rude and said that wasn't there problem and I’m S O L , this is the most money I’ve ever spent on a album , I find Sony music totally out of touch with there consumers and will rethink and Sony purchase in the future, that’s the last $70.00 you will see from me.
