Went in for service ,came back wrecked

took car in for service and tech took car out to run errands and car was in a accident while he was in paying his electric bill instead of fixing my recall, then lied and was told he was in car programming it when accident happened, then the accident report from the police made it all clear .car was unoccupied, then they said the car needed air and cabin filters , and i had just replaced both of them 2 weeks earlier, they repaired the car ,but now a accident will show up on its record and to fix this problem ,they simply want us to spend $9000 more to get a 1 year newer car than we have now,never go back there again....

New ford owner for several years lied to a lot

bought 2 new fords this last year was treated very bad with lies just typical car sales man right had dents in both of them I noticed a dent in the focus next day was told they checked before we took it had to be us it just set in drive way that night and they charged us to fix it then my truck set for I day and was told on that one our fault so they put a used bumper on my brand new truck then we had a problem with the focus took it back was not fixed properly we filled out a survey from ford and put it down on survey my girl friend was yelled at for telling the truth about it I bought window insurance windshield took in to have it replaced that was no good either but they did give us our money back will never buy a ford again just bought 2 new G M diesel truck and kia forte when I traded in fords they have bought a diesel truck new for several years. also bought window insurance which was no good either cracked a had around 6 thousand miles but at least not driving a ford from Legacy ford in Oregon they say 100% happy customers the reason that helps you cant file a complaint with ford motor company
