If you're sitting in the Legacy Education Real Estate class taught by Laurie Waddel, googling reviews and wondering if you've been scammed...then it's too late for you. They have your money, all you can do is decide how you want to spend your weekend. If you are at the free seminar and considering pre-paying for the $399 for the ELITE REAL ESTATE seminar, I do not recommend it. I wouldn’t call it a total scam, but I wouldn’t defend it if someone...

The whole training 80% is a sale pitch of their seminars, they even go farther and get private information from you, because you end up giving them how much money you make at your job, creditcards balance, house investments, they just want to know how you are going to pay for the training, if you really believe that these people are helping you, go ahead, and sign for 40,000 debt on top of what you have, they try everything...to get you. This is...

Give your money to a charity instead of this people...

I really learned a lot. Matt Justice kept me interested the entire three days. He never once said a person could get rich quick. In fact he gave several examples of people losing money when they did not know enough about what they were doing. It was almost as though he was protecting new beginners from getting hurt financially. And yet there was always encouragement to learn more. He instilled confidence in the students repeating they had the...

I've just finished my three day training in Milton Keynes in the UK. We paid £997 for a three day sales pitch... they clearly had no idea on property, dismissed our questions, and even followed us to the toilets to quiz us because they knew we were wise to the scam. In the few hours I've been home since my '3-day-program' I've read so much on the scam... They employee public speakers to *** you into believing they are property experts who have...

Anonymous I have paid for course good job i read all these reviews am cancelling and getting my money back thanks.

I attended the first day of the training with Legacy Education Alliance and when I asked them about their false advertising and the fact that the 3 day $500 course is nothing more than a sales pitch to but their ridiculously priced training, I was asked to leave as I was making other (brainwashed) students negative. The presenter was not comfortable asking the crowd if their expectations was met. Please be aware of their scam tactics. A google...

On day 3, Brandon Diaz gone as far as labeling people and call them “Coward” just because they haven’t make the decision to move forward with purchasing Elite Training Package. Approximately 80% of students didn’t show up to the training on day 3. Most people were so disappointed. We felt that we were being robbed from getting proper education. I am very inspired by Robert Kiyosaki, and I’m looking to learn more about real estate investing. I...

I am taking my time and effort to write this review hoping that one less person could be saved from a unnecessary financial disaster. There is no free lunch. The FREE workshop at the beginning was not free after all. $530 for 2 people for the three-day workshop that promised to teach you about short sales, contracts, banking relationships, wholesale, assignments, portfolio strategy and asset protection was overpriced. The instructor, Lauri...
