AI Highlights
  • - Faucet rusted and needs repair.
  • - Calls go to an unresponsive email.
  • - Site offers no parts or warranty options.

My lifetime faucet has rusted and I have been trying for months to talk to a person at legacy brass to get it fixed. Their 888-221-**** number directs you to their email "for an immediate response", what a joke.

Their phone mailbox is not monitored and they never return any emails. Their web site does not have any way t oreder parts or get warranty replacements.

This is without a doubt the worst company that I have ever heard of. I am surprised that any plumbing or bath supply business would ever deal with them or that they can stay in busienss.

Legacy Brass Inc - Horrible Customer Service

AI Highlights
  • - Paid $20,000 upfront for Legacy fixtures for a new home eight months ago; items not received.
  • - Legacy has not responded to calls or emails.

8 months ago I ordered faucets, tubs, toilets, etc..everything - for a new home. I chose Legacy products. I made it clear I was having a house built and would be moving in on a certain date with my pregnant wife and 5 other children.

I still have not received the items, though they were paid for upfront.

Legacy has not returned my calls for months, my emails, my letters or the contractors attempts to communicate.

Legacy simply never sent the items and they don't have the decency to even talk to me and explain though they were paid $20,000.

Since DecemberI have been trying to find out why haven't I gotten the items on time or at all! I thought my contractor was playing games so I reached out to Legacy directly. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone! Not one person has returned my calls or even picked up the phone.

ON their site they give an email address and contact number that no one reply's too!

Now my wife is giving birth in two weeks and my small children and I are living in a house with no fixtures with zero bathroom capabilities.

What kind of company does this? Don't they have their business set up to answer phone calls at least!

I know they got the order, I know they got money and I know I can't get one person on the phone to talk to and I know I can't even turn the water on in my house 8 months later and 20,000 later.

I have been trying to get replacement parts for several broken shower/tub sets i ordered from them (through a distributor). no one has ever responded to an email, fax, and all of their phone numbers are disconnected or are set on a loop.

I would highly not recommend using this product. All of the distributors of the product to have talked to, including the one i bought my original order from do not carry them because of their poor service and inadequate product.

Good Luck

Screw Legacy Brass. I bought a full bathroom suite there 7 years ago and the ball rods in the sinks have already corroded.

Tried to get new parts because of the 'lifetime guarantee' and go NO WHERE with them. Never answered a phone, never answered an email. NEVER buy their products. You pay a lot of money for *** products and non-existent customer service.

The lifetime warranty means nothing.

Were you ever able to find a replacement ball rod that fits your sink? I can't find one anywhere.

So frustrating - really don't want to have to replace the entire sink stopper assembly.

What a crap company - and yes, have the paperwork stating lifetime warranty on parts - only remodeled 11 years ago and parts are rusting out. Never have had this happen with other brands.

Do not order from legacy brass! I am a sales person and I have been waiting to finish an order for a customer of mine.

We are STILL waiting for missing pieces....11 months later. I have officially become a stalker, I email daily and call about 5 times a day. I can never get a straight answer.

I finally got in touch with one of the owners who assured me he would take care of my problem....he never called me back! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LEGACY BRASS!

the company was sold, it is no longer family owned... no original employees are there.

they moved the business from california to texas and are in a complete state of confusion.

the current manager really doesn't care or he would have contacted you. whomever you purchased your product through should file a claim and go elsewhere...
