It's been two months since I sent my tapes in

I ordered Legacy Box on May 23 and they took the money out of my account that day. I sent the box back in on May 26th or May 27th. In the beginning of July , I called to check my status and was told it can take up to 10 weeks. I told them that was not acceptable and to send my things back, I was told it would be expedited. On July 20 I called back to find out where my things were, I was told they were still waiting to be processed and it could take up to 12 weeks from when I sent it in (a QUARTER OF A YEAR!!!) I again said I want my stuff back and they told me it was not expedited correctly before and they were going to send something to the warehouse. On July 25 I got a message that they're digitizing my order. I tried to go to the ORDER STATUS page on their website but it no longer works.... CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart will have your things back to you within four weeks...just saying!
