I was told to leave my Service dog outside for her doing her job. My Service dog's job includes giving warning barks when somebody gets too close to me My service dog barked at 2 different people for getting within that distance I was then told that I had to leave my dog outside I said that she is my registered service dog and she has to be with me at all times for my medical issues and the fact that I am partially deaf and partially blind I Offered to give my Service dog's ID number and show her Service badge and the individual declined to see her ID badge and declined to get her number and then told me that I had to leave the store I said I don't want to go back outside as I only came to get a couple items and she is only doing her job and the individual told me to wait by the doors And they would check and see if I could still be in the store with my service dog I waited by the doors for 10 minutes they never came back so I left for the simple fact that I was having medical issues in that moment from the high stress do to what that incident caused me.

The owner accused me of cussing at employees. He lied!
I want the surveilance tapes played. Cause he straight up lied! I went on 9-11-18 around 5:43 pm. I went to get a money order, I was told I had to use cash.
Clerk points me to Atm. The Atm had nothing but 60 dollars in it and I couldn't get more than 200 out at a time per transaction, and got charged 1.50 per withdrawel. I needed a money order for 768.00! So you do the math, what I had to go through just to get cash for a money order, which again I would have had to pay for 2!
So when I go to buy the order, I tell the man I was going to call the owner of that Atm because of what I had to go through, and that I wanted compensation. He says, I own the Atm. I express to him that it was not cool that I had to go through all that for a money order. Basically almost 8 dollars wasted over a money order transaction!
then he gives me the body language like he didn't care what I said and says, "well I'm sorry you had a bad day" only making it worst! I told him, "no, I'm not having a bad day, but I should just do my business in Wichita from now on. Then He says in a snobbish way, "well, Im not going to sell it to you then! I can refuse service" Then proceeds to say I cussed out his employees, When I wasn't!
I was on my phone cussing while talking to someone! And I was cussing every time the machine kept giving me a do not recognize card error! I just say that was really messed up that I went through all that just to get cash for their stupid money order, when I could of just got it at Dillons in Wichita with one swipe! At least they will let me get a money order in the amount I need without the hastle.
But no, trying to be nice and support local cause I live in Park City but work in Wichita. But their snotty Clerk who claimed he was the owner treated me snobbishly and on top of that LIED on me! Just straight Lied! No wonder all their chains are closed!
Not only do they sell freezer burned frozen food, Ugly meat, and bruised produce, outdated lunch meat, but the owner is rude. And why he only got very few black people who work for him. Not very diverse either. Somebody need to get a hold of that owner cause he lied, and I'm very upset with him.
I was always super nice to everyone who worked there when I shopped there for stuff like bread, water and dairy food was ok.Every thing else there, is pretty *** But I always loved their employees, they are very well trained and mannered, but the one who claim he's the owner, don't know how to do business!! He should have said something like this: Mam I'm so sorry, Let me give you a $5 coupon for your trouble. I'm sorry you had to over pay just to get a money order in cash! Thats how you do business!
You fix the inconvenience! You don't insult your customers with rude body language, flippant speach, and then Lie on them
Preferred solution: at least a $5 Coupon and apology for lying
