Im a blue badge holder and parked late at night and displayed my blue badge on the advise from another driver that I was slowed to park there as it was unfamiliar area to me and I thought a local driver would know best unfortunately I was given the wrong information from the man and subsequently I had to pay a fine even after I appealed it I payed immediately on 1st nov only to see that Iv had a letter asking me today to pay again .
