Leeannes Removals

I called the phone number several times and no one answers. I've tried since October to cancel and am still be charged for the bags.

Please cancel subscription . I don't want your bags anymore

Really *** poor service, hired them today and wish I'd gone somewhere else. They didn't like being told/asked what to do.

Even just to which boxes, totes etc to get first on the loader. That coupled with the fact one was on his phone trying to organize his bike insurance all the while trying to handle fragile boxes etc. They constantly moaned about the company they work for and how much they hate working for her ( just what a customer wants to hear ). They soon ran out of steam, huffing and puffing and more moaning, then just plain stopped working.

One even stood in the bedroom window watching as me and the other two did the work.

If my wife and I ( I'm in my 50's my wife is 60 hadn't been so actively involved picking up boxes, moving heavy china cabinets etc we'd still be there now trying to move house. Absolute disgraceful service, they even had the audacity to give me dirty looks for not giving them a tip.

Booked Lee Annes Removals, Sunderland for a local house move, waited all day for them to turn up. Concerned that we had not heard from them, we contacted Lee Anne only for her to say that they were still busy at a previous job and can we put our job off until the next day!

! In a panic we started to contact other removalists who could help us last minute. All stated that Lee Annes was notorious for overbooking and not concerned about customers and only money. Managed to get a another company last minute and then contacted Lee Anne to cancel the job.

Her reaction was "ok then thanks very much"

Basically a don't give a stuff attitude.

Very very unreliable. We will never use Lee Annes removals again.

Leanne told us that she had liability insurance so we hired her. Our range cooker legs were damaged during the transportation.

Because her lads did not accept any responsibility she told us that she was not accepting responsibility. The job was to pick up the cooker from one house and pick up other items from another house. She considered this to be a third party involved. How redicilous !!!!

We phoned her on three occasions to try and negotiate and resolve but she was unreliable each time.

In the end we payed £25 to fix the legs but the legs were scratched. We asked for £25 to resolve and she said she would give us £12.50 what an insult !!!
