Didn’t even put a wrap on the tub when giving a pedicure drilled too hard broke my nail made it bleed over charged my card

StaI brought my daughter with me to have her nails and toes painted with shellac the next day they were literally popping off like the whole color came off. I called and they said no problem bring her back in so I did I had her nails done October30th then came back in November 4th this guy named Tony said theres going to b a charge of $15 I said why?!?

He said because we had to paint her nails in like what the heck then I asked if she could get a pedicure and they put her feet in the water with out the bag around the tub even!! Then Tony told me $25 for her nails and toes total I said for both he said yes they didnt even give her a pedicure they just soaked her feet and painted her nails.

Then I wanted to check something on my card and they charged me $45!!! Which I never agreed to that then I call them to ask what the heck happened and Tony said I think u need to find a new salon!

Loss:

Preferred solution: Apology & full refund I was charged $45 on November 4th and paid $55 on October 30th I would also like Tony to take some more training classes on how to treat customers. I have been going to Lee nails for 14 years and Tony told me to find a new salon.

They refused to treat my 82 year old handicapped mom. I just can't believe people are so heartless.

They were outright rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't take my dog to them.

My sister , who is personal friends with the Mayor of Hampton will be reporting this to him, the BBB and the "Next door" app. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

The nail tech was unable to do a proper design. She had to redo over and over again. I walked out after paying with my big toe art smeared. I was done at that point.

They spoke their language and made a mockery out of the whole ordeal. Nobody would help they lady with the designs. I noticed 4/13/17 while going over my bank statement online, Lee Nails stole additional money from my account without my content. Nail tech stole money out of my account.

They refuse to give me my money that was stolen from my account.

They refuse to show police the copy of my receipt. I placed a review on BBB and in 2016 they stole from another customer.
